Request for Proposal – COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES

Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2254 et seq and Texas Local Government Code §§ 262.022(4) and 262.030, REAL COUNTY, Texas seeks the submission of proposals related to the procurement of professional consulting services by qualified firms or individuals to provide professional coaching and consulting services for the promotion of tourism in Real County. RFP Packets can be found here and may be picked up at the County Judge’s Office.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 10:00 AM Thursday, May 14, 2026. Real County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting proposals, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises Women Business Enterprises and Labor Surplus Firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
