DEPUTY TREASURER
The Real County Treasurer’s office has an opening for a full-time Deputy Treasurer position. Experience with Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, computer knowledge, and basic office machines preferred. Applicant must be bondable. Full-time County employees are eligible for group health insurance, paid vacation, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Applications may be picked up Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm in the County Treasurer’s office located in the Real County Courthouse (2nd floor) in Leakey, or may be downloaded from the Real County website at www.co.real.tx.us.
DISPATCHER/JAILER
The Real County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for the position of full time Dispatcher/Jailer. No experience required. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a clear criminal history. Applications may be downloaded from this web page or picked up at the Real County Sheriff's Office from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Full time benefits, after completing a 90 day waiting period, include paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick leave and group health insurance. Employment with Real County includes enrollment in the County's Pension Plan.
