Notice is hereby given that a
SPECIAL meeting of the above named Commissioners' Court will be held on the

SEPTEMBER, 2010 at
1:00 p.m. in the County Courthouse, Leakey, Texas, at which time the following
subjects will be discussed, to-wit:

Discussion and/or approval of Appraisal District Budget;

02.
BUDGET WORKSHOP;

03.
Discussion of 2010 Proposed Tax Rate;
-
04.
Discussion and/or approval of Scheduling of Public Hearing regarding proposed tax
rate;
-
05.
Discussion and/or approval of placement of proposal to adopt the 2010 proposed tax rate as
an action item at a future special meeting to be held in September;
-
06.
Discussion and/or approval of any action items on the agenda having any impact on the TEXAS
PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS PRESERVATION ACT; and
-
07.
Adjourn.
