Notice is hereby given that a SPECIAL meeting of the above named Commissioners' Court will be held on the 25th day of AUGUST, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. in the County Courthouse, Leakey, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to-wit:

• 01.      BUDGET WORKSHOP;
• 02.      Discussion and/or approval of any action items on the agenda having any impact on the TEXAS PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS PRESERVATION ACT; and
• 03.      Adjourn.
